As much as I enjoy viewing Lockyer chew out Democrats over "junk bills", I remember when he was the author of many other "junk bills" while he was an assemblyman and senator. As CA Attorney General Lockyer went after law-abiding citizens with the "junk " laws he authored while in the statehouse to the detriment of actual law enforcement. Don't kid yourself, Lockyer hasn't "seen-the-light", he's only looking out for himself . He doesn't want to be the treasurer of a bankrupt California.
