Beet Kale Apple Ginger Lemon Carrot JUICING RECIPE

* I n g r e d i e n t s *
— Chioggia Beets
— Carrots (keep the green tops on)
— Kale
— Apples
— Ginger
— 1 Lemon (unpeeled if organic, peeled if inorganic)

* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Run all ingredients through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you. http://JUICERS.life-regenerator.com

— 2) Add ice, if desired, and enjoy!

* I n s p i r a t i o n *
— Consume as much truly FRESH and local produce as you can! Ideally, you would eat something soon after it was picked straight from your garden or from a tree, as that is when it has the most life force energy still present in it. So you always want to try and get close to that as possible.

— Fruits and vegetables as they are growing out of the ground or into the ground are connected to the earth's life & electrical currents. It is invisible, it is subtle, but as your higher self continues to awaken, you will become more aware of these forces intuitively.

hey dan.. you don't take out the apple seeds? i hear they have cyanide in them?

They just fly out of the juicer bro, or get caught in the filter and then I just throw them out. Also, if you were to eat a seed, it just comes out your other end fully intact, which is arguably what is supposed to happen! So fruit trees can grow everywhere, you know! :D
