I wish that someone would say:
"NO! That is bullshit! Obama's campaign did not make personal attacks on McCain, whereas McCain's did on Obama. Because of they essentially used euphemisms to mean the same thing, McCain supporters felt that it was relevant to call Obama a traitor and ask for his murder."

The closest thing to treason that either McCain or Obama has done is McCain picking Sarah Palin as a running mate and possible vice president. If Obama had ever chosen to attack McCain's integrity after that, it would have been completely legitimate.
He put the country in danger of possibly giving someone both ignorant enough to not know what the 1st amendment is and immoral enough to censor books the presidency.
McCain had led a very honorable life hitherto, but all of that honor was lost.

I'm an Obama supporter all the way, they did say most of that stuff. The only thing I will disagree is someone saying "kill him" at a rally. There was an investigation and they determined that they said "tell him" and not "kill him" so thats done with. But they were outta line at these rallies though.
