i done a bit of research, i got a 06 r1 and im just wondering which one would be fastest 0-300 since thats where the govener kicks in on the r1. according to the hp/weight ration the r1 should have it. the blackbird does have a bit more torque tho.

any thoughts?

true true :) I owned a ZX12R, it happens the same :) Right after leaving the gas station, in less than 5 minutes the fuel gauge lose one gradation. It was electronic. At that speed the fuel consumtion is huge, 14-15 liters per 100 km. Nothing come cheap in life, not even death on a motorcycle :) but at least it feels like heaven to ride with 300 ...
