**IMPORTANT!**
If you aren't drinking this right away, be sure to have a GLASS AIRTIGHT container ready to store it in! I use GLASS mason jars with PLASTIC lids like these: http://JARS.life-regenerator.com


* I n g r e d i e n t s *
— 1 bunch Dandelion Greens
— 1-2 Lemons (UNpeeled if organic; peeled if not organic)
— 1 Beet (with beet greens)
— 1 Fennel Bulb (with leaves)
— 2 Apples
— 1-3 in. piece of Ginger
— 4 Carrots
— 1 head Celery
— 1 Cucumber



* P r e p *
— 1) Run all ingredients through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you. http://JUICERS.life-regenerator.com

— 2) For the portion of juice you're drinking right now, just add ice if desired & enjoy!

— 3) Immediately pour any remaining juice into GLASS mason jars, sealed shut w/ PLASTIC lids (metal lids rust). GLASS JARS + LIDS for your JUICE can be found here: http://JARS.life-regenerator.com Then just keep your jars of juice in a fridge or cooler until you're ready to drink some more! Your juice can stay very fresh this way for 2 days, 3 at the absolute most. IDEALLY, you want to drink juice RIGHT after it's made. That's why ghetto style is great as simplicity is always best! If you watch all my vids you'll see I always wear the same clothes! Some of my best years were spent living on the street with my rasta brothers. They gave me rhythm, I give them my upmost lifelong respect.

So please know- ghetto style is a positive thing!

Hey Dan, Ever since I read the Detox Miracle Souracebook i've always had a small voice telling me not to mix my veggies with fruits. I see you just did it - so obviously the idea doesn't bother you.. but do you understand what i'm concerned about? Or does it not matter when you juice?

No, I was extremely skinny, like all bones. Then I was a bodybuilder and 50% larger than what I am now. But I was also addicted to meth & pot & was an alcoholic and an angry person and I lived on the streets. Going raw changed all that.

I don't believe it should ever be about losing weight for people though as that is missing the point!

IT IS ABOUT GAINING HEALTH!
