@GixxxerKim Kim, it's tough for me to help you if I an not next to you to correct you, think about your legs moving vertically as opposed to horizontally when it comes to reverse curls & pelvic tilts & lifts. You need to train your body to do it, break the habit of what you are doing now so that you can get real results from your Ab workouts.

@ZumbaByTania It is VERY tough to use abs. Easy to say 'oh jus don't use your legs'. I've been trying for years. I'll get it one day.

I've been doing various abs exercises for a few months and they've toned my stomach a bit... but the more I do them, the less impact they have. I haven't tried the Oblique Twist yet so I'm hoping after putting them into a daily routine they will help work towards totally awesome abs :P I'll keep you posted on my progress if you like?
