mmm it was easy it gives the name of the file also u can crack it just nopping 2 jumps so as keyfile searcher it sucks anyway nice video

Assembler is easier than C, it's literally all push, pop, compare, call and jump, with xor add etc.. You can crack most serial checks just by patching some jumps or the values that dictate them still.

Now protectors use VMs you have to translate and dump, before the best just had stolen bytes, IAT tricks, polymorphism and anti-debug, now it's all that plus VMs.

Learn PE/COFF, Widows PE loader behavior, and security rings from x86 and how the kernel uses them.

You NEED and LEARN ASM for a start, secondly, understand how to read ASM and write ASM if its too complicated learn C standar then c++ then get to ASM im learning ASM cuz i want to though i havent learned C++ but i can get the job done with ASM i have knowledge on C++ cuz i was studying it but i quited.. ASM=Assembly
