フリーソフト「MikuMikuDance」「RinRinDance(β)」を使用し複数のテーマの中から参加者が好きなものを１つ選び、それに基づいて作った１つの動­画を予選（途中経過版）と本選（完成版）の２回のラウンドで所定期間内に一斉に公開し合い、マイリスト登録数により算出する獲得ポイントを競い合う大会です。
