My before and after pics! -30 lbs

Pictures of me before and after losing about 30 lbs. I still have a lot more weight to lose but I am really happy with my progress and feeling great!

@SyddneyyLeigh thanks so much ! It was hard work but entirely worth it of course. About a year it took total. But actually I lost 13 lbs before leaving for India by using a food journel and cutting out a 1000 extra calories I was eating. Then since I came to India lost the other 30+ lbs with the help of my trainer in about six months aprox. The trainer really helped alot. Best of luck! I know you can do it. I am trying to lose another 10 before heading home :)

Wow great Job! I also need to lose 30 pounds. I'm not able to Join a Gym though :( any help? I have cut down on fast food and drinking soda for the past 2 months. I've been walking for about 45 minutes a day. And even dance in my room for at least 30 minutes lol. So what else can I do? Please someone let me know. :)
