so yeaah. sorry for the bad quality. truly i am. so moving on, the clip will play first and then my analysis. sorry if i sound tired. it's like 1:30 in the morning. lmao.and there is one part of the scene that repeats. it's just the "you can google it" thing. nothing big. so don't be mad at me please.

bella: hey edward.

edward: what's in jacksonville?
bella: how'd you know about that?
edward: you didn't answer my question.
bella:well you don't answer any of mine so. . . i mean, you don't even say hi to me.
edward: hi.
bella: are you going to tell me how you stopped the van?
edward: yeah uhm. . . i had an adrenaline rush. it's very common, you can google it.
bella: floridians, that's what's in jacksonville.
edward: watch where you walk, sometimes it helps. look i'm sorry i'm being rude. but i think it's the best way.
jessica: bella, guess who just asked me to prom. well, i actually, totally thought mike was going to ask you. but it isn't going to be weird right?
bella: no, no. zero weirdness. you guys are great together.
jessica: i know right? ugh. tyler! what is wrong with you?

it's not in the book. they added in the scene in the movie because they are trying to fit like a 500 page novel into an hour and a half movie. so i guess it's just to speed things up a bit?? but yeaah =]

thats sooo truu i thought they could cut out that scene and put the lab scene in, and cut out the killings scenes to add more of the chemistry between the two.. i def would have sat there for 3 hours wanting more!! but i think thye were on a budget and din't have enough to do all that... but we def know they will have enough for NEw Moon so they should make it longer!! but not the part where edward is gone.. :/

Also: I have already begun to have a negative opinion on Jessica. She's annoying as hell in this seen. Kristen ..er..Bella should've hit her... :D

I know!! LOTR was like 3 hours and I didn't get bored, restless, etc once! I could sit through 5 hours of Twilight! It really annoys me how they try to cut down the HP, Twilight films etc. Everyone would be totally happy to watch five hours of Edward lol

Yeah like the cafeteria scene with the salad bar and apple--- that is like what? the culmination of 3 scenes in the book? trying to get as much in and still keep the timing real. I don't think they realize that if we'd sit for 3 hours to watch Tolkien we'd sit nearly 3 hours to watch Bella and Edward.
