these are outstanding knives, i've had mine for awhile now and have abused it in the field and around the house, it sharpens easy and holds an edge- just bought another yesterday. can't beat it for the price!

Да... Срубали чурочку тоже ножичком. А вообще, я щетаю, шта кончик ножа обломится на третьей чурочке и топор в лес забудет только ... кто? Правильно!

@pac6010 Like I said, "its nice that it has dual functionality"! So if you gotta cut some wood, you can. And if you properly sharpen it, you can keep it fairly knife. I prefer to carry a hatchet and a spade though

@jaekn No doubt they are well made, I own a few myself, they are great carvers. Wood is strong though, sure it might chop what you need it to chop but it will break at some point, its not designed to do that task day in and day out. If you should ever become stuck and that's your ONLY knife, I'm not gonna hack threw logs with it, but to each their own, only you know what works for you. Happy chopping : )

@pac6010 You should see "destruction tests" of Moras. They don't break down that easily. The clipper itself breaks through concrete before the handle is harmed
