  • Wow, great Music...

  • @SergeiSovietUnion1 Must be Russian history. The B-1 ha been around a lot longer than the 160. The other way around. Virtually every aircraft was in response to the US version. You've got a good sense of humor though, I'll say that...great Vodka .....piroges too... I will give top marks for the T34 and the AK47. as well.

  • @EMINEM9824 Ever see a hawk or eagle fly? They Extend their wings for max lift & Circle in the sky on rising air curents. When they spot prey, they tuck the wings in & dive at max speeds. The swept wing does what birds do natually. Straight for low speed & high lift. Sweep back for hi speed. Best of both worlds.

  • To all you idiots who say the Tu160 is a copy of B1, I suggest you look at the Tu22M before opening your mouth.

  • @KThegame007 And the tu22m was introduced in 1972. So who is the real thieve here?

  • @nwtruckerll And the TU22 was around a lot longer then the B1.

  • Music to my ears. Despite all the problems the aircraft has had its still great to see them flying and feel them as they fly over.

  • @EMINEM9824 The wings sweep back in the classic delta formation for travel at supersonic speeds. This reduces drag and stress on the airframe. All supersonic aircraft have a swept wing design for this reason.

  • Why do they sweep?

  • Wow. That is a spaceship!

  • @outdoorsman767 - Funny that we didn't seem to have near the trouble that the Air Force did. There is a difference between the AIr National Guard and Regular Air Force. Let's start with the high turnover rate of the Air Force which equates to less experience than most guard members who make a life long career of working on various aircraft. But I do agree that the Bone did seem to have more than it's share of problems though. Still an awesome aircraft.

  • @cyborg6886 you're air force bud, same as the reserve. its a fact that the bone, has had some issues, and alot of them were used as cann birds for each other.a plane is a plane bud
