Just having fun on one of our first spring days in michigan with bows and video cameras, it's a 48x zoom and the sticks in the driveway mark the 40, 30 and the parement before the target is 20yds. This was shot with allot better camera as you tell then my other videos.

I'll repost instinctive shooting in the snow too this weekend.

  • So many retarded comments its hard to digest.. He is the second guy shooting, and yes, he is shooting WITHOUT SIGHTS.. If you think its easy then take the peep and sight off your bow and give it a whirl.. I actually regressed .. I was shooting short ATA compounds and picked up an old Hoyt Finalist II with round wheels, flipper rest, and long 49" ATA... I progressively started removing stuff off until it was down to a rest, 3 arrow quiver.. Im doing well out to 30 yards instinctive.

  • @rainmechanic with everybody going for IBO speeds it's hard to find a bow over 35inches or even equal to that. Thanks for sticking up for me bro

  • Not instinctive shooting. I see your sights ;)

  • @TheRealBoof thanks for keepin it light.

  • @jordyd19 light? Question mark? :D

  • @TheRealBoof there's been debate on if this is an instinctive video. It's half instinctive, although I'm doing it the unpopular way, with a compound. Peace and take it easy with the emoticons fee fee boy

  • @rainmechanic Wow no sight?that must be real crazy! Archery is all about using modern engineering and mechanics, right? How can you shoot without those wheels on the bow and the pins on the sight? No, no, that's not possible...

  • I love how archery, a traditional sport, is now defined with mainly compound bows...Shooting without a sight is not instinctive shooting, shooting instinctively is instinctive shooting, know the difference.

  • I shoot second, ryan's got a sight as always he doesn't switch his stuff. I shoot all things. I was shooting the apex in this which i just sold. Stick it through to the end, that first shot at 50 is my best instinctive compound shot ever. I've shot a recurve regurally for about 4 years and that's a better shooter instinctive, shooting off the shelf is better.

  • i just bought my bow 4 days ago...so i might not know a thing...but you have a sight..or scope even...thanks not instinctive is it?
