Pete Stark: 'Crazy Minutemen want to shoot at illegal aliens'

This Town Hall meeting features the ultra left wing California Representative Pete Stark.. It's amazing that the only solution to the illegal immigration problem that government officials seem to have is "immigration reform", a code name for "amnesty". - How about enforcing the current Federal immigration laws and enforcing sanctions against employers? - How about amending the 14 amendment which was written for the children of slaves 130 years ago? This amendment is outdated and leaves a loop-hole larger than the Grand Canyon in our immigration laws.

Besides, amnesty II (the first was in 1986), means nothing if the border remains open and the "anchor baby" law is not changed.

Stark has since been holding his Town Hall meetings via the phone. Looks like when you get in these government officials faces with a camera they scatter and hide.

@Spacecoastz I grew up in what was his district until '93...the problem is that the part of area he represents (Northern California, East Bay, Working Class / A lot of minorities) blindly vote democrat for EVERYTHING. I grew up in the public school system in that area and we were pushed a very liberal way of thinking growing up. It sickens me to see people be so duped and blinded by party politics. I hope they throw him out come Nov. He's clearly gotten comfortable.
