    Er det veldig rart at jeg lært meg 3 up 360 i singles før jeg gjorde doubles og triples? Jeg kan noen ganger gjøre 3 up i doubles, har aldri gjort 3 up i triples, og klarer 3 up i singles nesten hele tiden.

    Jeg tror ikke at det kommer til å skade teknikken min på et triks eller noe?

  • Tror ikke det har noe å si, men det faktum at du ikke klarer 3 up i tripple forteller meg at du er kan øve mye mer på å bli teknisk bedre på å kaste tripple. ØV PÅ TRIPPELKAST!!! Det er en BASIC ting du MÅ HA PÅ PLASS hvis du vil bli bedre

  • Nice one, but you wrong about moving the foot back. The other foot should go in front of the foot you're spinning on. If you move your foot back, you will get moved a bit back every time you spin. So if you do like 5 spins, you will move a lot back.

  • I disagree with you Lauge even though you're a better juggler than me. I don't move back at all as you can see in this video. Anyhow, Jason, Vova, Wes Peden and most other good juggler put their foot back (I often see YOU do it also)

  • hmm,  maybe a little footwork is what i need, i hadn't really thought about that, i just . . . did it : / and it doesn't work well, i mean, i can pull it off, but it doesn't look pretty. nice tips : )
