Can this short film get up to 1,000,000 views?

TURNING POINT 2 IS NOW OFFICIALLY IN PRODUCTION!

Filming began the 4th day of July, 2010 - and so far, the project is looking very promising. TURNING POINT 2 is expected to breach all levels of achievement goals we had made for the first one. More advanced Special FX, greater, more detailed Sound Design, and even more intense action - with more explosions, gun fights, and fight sequences!

This is my latest short film. No budget. Shot for fun, with no planning done before-hand. Shot on a Panasonic DVX-100B, upres'd to High Definition for youtube playback.

TURNING POINT was made with the intention of addressing the aspects of filmmaking that I'm either unfamiliar with, or haven't had much experience with. My main emphasis on this short were Special Effects, Color Correction, and Sound Design. All of which I had very limited experience with prior to shooting. I ran into my fair share of problems, but am pretty pleased with what we came up with. It's not perfect, that's for sure. But for what it's worth, I think it's entertaining at least.

TURNING POINT will be, more or less, a series/"run-on short film" - mainly for practice purposes, where I will continue to "test-out" and try to accomplish great new heights.

Good editing and sequencing. However I am sorry there is nothing as message except violence. The great movies are great because of storyline and concept. So work on this. Remember good direction makes clips better. All the best.

okay.. untill the effects came in.. i was liking it.. the camera angles are really nice.. and the video quality is good... but the muzzle flashes and stuff like that wher terrible.. with some work. you could make alot better short action scenes.. but good job on the camera angles and stuff.
