these picks still slip out my hand, especially if I am strimming, must be my technique :p, i love the jazz III's though.

@Vercingetorix I've had massive problems holding on to my picks also. Go to Wing Pick demonstration. This guy has an interesting idea. Website: wingpick.com

Thanks! I've been using the standard red jazz II picks for 15 years or more. I'm going to look into this.

I'll keep using tortex pitch black (Standard size) .60mm - Simply the best for me

@BenoniStudio Thank you man. :)

I'm gonna have to check out those Carbon Fiber ones. I mainly use the Jazz III XLs and XL Stiffos and The Black Fang 1.14mm.

Do not use bass picks for guitar.
Soxerish 1 week ago
@Soxerish I would not say that is a rule. I know some metal guitarists that use picks made for bass on guitar because it fits their technique. - Just use what works best for your personal technique.

Hey man. Nice video. I've been playing with Jazz III Black stiffo nylon for 10+ years. I recently got some Max Grip version of it. It doesn't say anything on it, just "Max-Grip". I'm just wondering, how can I know if they are made of black stiffo o carbon fiber?

@Fufovideos The carbon fiber picks are a gray color, they nylons are red and stiffo is black.

@BenoniStudio Thank you man. I just put stiffo and max grip side by side and they are of the same color. That means my Max-grips are nylon!? :)

@Fufovideos If they are truly BLACK, then they are the stiffo and not carbon fiber as far as I know. The carbon fibers are a dark gray, almost black, but not quiet black.
