britain has the best humour just look at little britain shocking yet funny at the same time although this show is very funny

Why do people always argue about whether it's irish or English!! Obviously there is some British humour in it, but the Irish and English do have a similar sense of humour!! But since the writers and actors are by far mostly Irish, then I think we can claim it. Plus if it was a shit show I've no doubt ye Brits would say it is Irish!!
