pay atttention to history, the reason y we re-legalized alcohol was to take profits away from CRIMINALS! Legalization of mj will do the EXACT same thing by taking it away from cartels - since mj will be regulated kids will have a HARDER time accessing it as they would need an ID. It is obvious that you personally dont like marijuana and thats fine, but a majority of the country does.

We have laws put in place but people still is gonna drink, smoke, text and ext well driving.....

@InYaSoul i will continue saying, prop 19 - and any initiative in the future will NOT allow people to smoke in the public...just like you cant drink in public. you also can not smoke while driving, just like you can't drink while driving. anyone breaking this law will suffer legal consequences. it is asinine to say marijuana shouldn't be regulated bc of fear that people will drive high. if you do some research you will see studys have shown that driving stoned is less dangerous than drunk.
