Everytime I go on YouTube some American is going on about how wonderful America is and they always say "land of the free".and "freedom" a lot. And if there is an Englishman around probably make some comment about "king George" and how they "showed him". Sadly King George cant see this video of 2 armed american police officers handcuffing, searching and arresting a weedy lookin man for try to plant something on a bit of waste ground.He'd smile and say: "THAT could never happen in Sweet England".

@SaveTheWheat You're right, every tax payer has a right to that plot of land, so why don't we ask all of them if they can dig it up eh? Last time I checked, we citizens agreed to let the city officials handle the park situations (since we voted for them.) Going around acting out like a 12 year old doesn't make you a hero. Do some homework yourself, this attitude of self entitlement only slows people who are trying to make a difference down.

Sorry but that guy is fucking stupid, the city pays money for individuals to maintain public property in accordance to their wishes. If you dont like this then run for office. Hey you dullards saying "That's public properteeeee!" I've got a news flash for you. In the real world, there is no "public property". It all belongs to *someone*.

Even if public property were treated as such, this guy PAID INTO IT. Every tax payer has bought our "public" property. So this guy has every right. It's not like the place looks to beautiful to mess up or something. It's ugly. It needs a garden. This guy was doing it. So back off and do some homework.
