chick's right hind leg

This video is posted here for a veterinarian I have been speaking with to look at. Hopefully I do this right and he is able to view! This has been going on for about a year and a half. In the beginning it came and went. Now it is there all the time. There is no pain or swelling that we have found. He has only been ridden a handfull of times and has had one year off.
