Fast method:
1-15 normal trees, 15-35 oak trees, 35-68 willow trees and 68-99 choking ivy
Money making method:
1-15 normal trees, 15-35 oak trees, 35-65 willow trees, 65-80 yew trees and 80-99 magic trees
