"not paying much to be part of a big dream" Nice Journalism work!! KUDDOS!!

@oslbg95 Actually, many people who don't really need it might buy it just because they like it, making it a luxury product in some way. Just saying.

Yeah, u can... You gotta upgrade.
-
I guess it is possible, but you will need a small mod in the interior.

Races with Tata Nano would be pretty fun!
And if you put a turbo/blower on it, the "shy Nano" may have lots of extra aceleration. >:D

I wonder if you could get this with a radio?

I think this car is a great achievement. And I think it will sell even in the USA. I used to be a delivery driver... both food, and as a small package courier. This car would be perfect as a pizza delivery/package delivery vehicle.
And it would work as a commuter car too.

Nano delux, first Ferrari's competitor. No i'm joking, but in all cases this is a very good car.
Nicely done video. Guys, you took a complicated subject and cruised like the nano itself :)
Hats off to Mr Ratan Tata, and every one who shares this dream.

on the indian roads where the average speed is less than 40 kmph and for people who will upgrade from scooters, motorcycles for themselves and their families, it is far safer.
i would not drive it down the bombay - pune expressway because it would be unsafe due to the speed.
if you're driving the nano on fast roads, you drive at your own peril. even if you're a good driver, someone in a bigger, more powerful vehicle will kill you and / or your family but good city car.
