I make flax bread 3 times a week!

@portair12 It's my understanding that you only get the best benefits from grinding then eating immediately. That seems to be the way with lots of foods.

yea flax seed is loaded with the female hormone estrogen, terrible if your trying to get built.

The seeds expand when they hit the moisture in your body and can constipate you; it can be painful and dangerous. Grind what you need for a couple days or week at most and keep in fridge. Chia, or Mila which I have, can be expensive. Flax is easy and cheap to get. Roasting kills off some benefits. The grinding releases the oils, hence the need to refrigerate. Use this for the Budwig protocol for cancers.

can you eat uncrushed flax seeds?

@CIarKent - I think it's better to eat it immediately.

@elbanydaer - Yep!
Do you think eating roasted whole flax seed is beneficial in lieu of grinding it? I've read conflicting information about that.

@Zer0AltitudeCal - Roasted = cooking so I think raw is better - other posters that mention flax should not be heated are probably right.
