I have been drinking Bragg's 2-3x a day for about a month. I have seen great improvement...less headaches, no more nose bleeds, and lowe blood pressure. I have also added daily exercise as well as very few animal products. Don't know if I'll completely stay away from meat but I am making my diet mostly fruits & vegetable.
