I really think that people posting those insulting comments (the usual stuff about powerlifters having no intellect) on your other vids should be forced to watch this.
It is interesting/pathetic how people who spend their free time playing video games equate themselves as showing more intellectual rigor than those who spend their spare time researching and trying out methods of improving their bodies. Not to mention the character it takes to embark on such a lifestyle.
