This case is about a girl that went to the tattooer, she claims that she only asked for 3 stars but ended up with 56 ink stars on her face. Who of them are lying? It's the girl that lies. When her father saw her with all these ink stars in her face, he got quite mad. And then she made up this lie.

First of all, that voice filter is gay. Good, glad I got that off my chest.

Then, what can you hear in the tattoo artist's voice? It's a translator talking, you can't even hear the original audio.

The fear you see may just be stress from all the media attention. The lips pressed together could be anger which would make sense. Also if you watch original videos she's looking down and away while describing how she can't go outside anymore. It would indicate genuine shame.
