What about the rights of American citizens? Brownback's bizarre 'Intl Romance Regulation Act' is one of the most DRACONIAN, BLATANTLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL laws in U.S. history. Brownback partnered with radical Bahai feminist extremists in sponsoring this horrifying law. Now it is a FELONY for law abiding American citizens (many of them conservatives) to communicate, write friendship letters, or even say 'Hello' to foreign people.
