Newt Gingrich told supporters tonight in South Carolina after his huge victory in the GOP Primary, "I want America to become so energy independent that no American president ever again bows to the Saudi king."

He has no illusions. He's not going to "reach out" to MSM, he's not going to reach out to liberals, because he knows that old and tired McCain play of caving and capitulating to leftist gets you a brief blurb of good press followed by years of castigation, and for what? I've heard a lot of talk about how Ron Paul would put America first, but I'm putting my money and backing behind Newt 100%.
