@jks2 600 tops in mint cond. this guy has a replacement neck and thinks it's gold...
-
Very cool man, I have a Lead 2 myself, its been in the family since it was bought in 1980 so Ill never get rid of it. My mods are a new pickguard and DiMarzio Tone Zone and Air Norton pickups, it shreds. The neck is in mint condition as my dad didnt play much and it basically sat in its case for 25 years. I prefer this guitar over my 1980 Les Paul Custom anyday.

@stratdem how does ebay rip off? it is a facility for auctions?

@stratdem what level of schooling did you complete?
Just want to make it clear to everybody. It's a great guiatr, but I clearly understand that there is nothing collectable about it , no matter good cond. or bad . As thou they sound nice , the average price is $400-600 . And honestly, in this price range I do not give a rat's ass what kind of mods to do to it. I could as well cut it in half and feed it to the needy. Instead I turned it into a very heavy sounding strat-like guitar and the guy who took it was more than happy. That made 2 of us.

Thanks man. Well... actually the purpose of this video was to show the guy who wanted to buy it, that the guitar is fully functional. It was black with tons of ugly dings, chips, etc. So I sanded it and wood turned out to be simply the best. And I left some of the base coat on it, didnt do it to the wood. The PU is my favorite DiMarzio Superdist from the same era, 80's. Single is original and very sweet as you can hear.
