@rustinpeace101 st johns its 3rd listed, that means no matter how dericlict it is, or if its abandoned, they cannot knock it down, just let it fall by itself. Someone owns st johns, tried to turn it into flats.. it didnt go well and because its so massive they got bankrupt, they made 1 flat, but thats for one of the guards. They just left it. Now they have boarded up most of the bottom windows and i heard they added CCTV inside.

@Bobinti there used to be one at Caistor, got knocked down a couple of years back after being derelict for so long.

Loved your video! Did they have kids in there? They had alot of kid paintings. Did you experience anything paranormal?

@blondeface123 Did you really find blood by the stairs? Wow, freaky stuff! Do you know all the story to this or any other stories about this place? I love anything w/ da paranormal or abandoned asylums. Let me know

i was there today if anyone has been there did you see the blood cross on the wall neer the stairs going to the 3rd floor, not the main stairs but a sub stairs,it was drawn by a inmate who killed another inmate,pretty freaky

the company have gone bust that were building it.. so its completely empty now, no builders or anyone there.

haha we went through that hole as well to get in it last night.....cept my divie mate pulled the whole thing down and we got chased by the dogs hahahahaha this place is shit scary at night its well haunted!!!

Me And Some People Went In There Yesterday. Been In Before. Saw A Big Geezer. He Ran towards us. (Think He Was A Gaurd) we ran didnt get caught, hole in a fence. is good fun, but the guy who was there didnt really seem to care. but has a fag in his hand lol
