I've looked into this case myself and am convinced there is no way the rest of the family knew that Caylee had been murdered by Casey. That theory just doesn't make any sense. Even worse, Casey regularly watched the media in jail and knew her parents were taking a hit from the public...I believe she decided to use that to her advantage and build her defense theory around it (to hopefully lessen her sentence). If you all believe her parents were responsible I'm sure she figured a jury might too.
