The Popular Flying Association (PFA) in the UK are at Shoreham on sea, and they licence and inspect all uk Microloghts and such. The Kitfox is amongst the types the PFA regulate, so contact them and they can tell you who built it and possibly provide a contact address

Hi, I have a Kitfox bilt in GB it was called G-RMGW when going over there. Would be cool to get in contact with the builder, do you have any idea of how I could get in contact with him ?
