  • That's just a video :S

  • @35823582 I agree. Seriously these guys are thinking we are Bill Gates. I went to PS3CrucialSource and he didn't confuse me to death. Go check him out. He only does SNES though.

  • fucking nerd talk, geek tec terms, i dont understand this shit EMU, Linux, Java,?...WTF, i just wanna play nes gamse on my playstation 3, im no fucking hacker, computer geek, i just wanna play the games i grew up with NES, on PS3, sombody make a how to vid that every body can fucking understand

  • when are you going to post a link its 2010 and that video was made in 2008

  • @Stinger2578 i really dont see why the OtherOS removal was such a big deal, computers exist, TV's thats also work as monitors exists, third party DS3 or Sixaxis drivers exist...

imo, OtherOS is only if you have no computer.. so the removal of it shouldnt have been so crazy among PS3 owners

  • @johnathon124 Well, just like when I posted a comment before, it looks like the PS3 is playing back a video of the NES emulator. I am aware it was released to the public, but, just like you stated, Sony removed the capability to run the one that was released. Sony, as of now, have also removed Other OS support - thereby rendering emulation on the system almost null. - With the exception of users not updating they system firmware to 3.21 and keeping Other OS available.

  • @HypermysticsonicHMSX wrong...

  • @Stadtaffe92 its called BD-J, its a Java based emulator for the PS3 that worked until Sony removed some of Java's PS3 capabilities. you could run it from the video menu.

  • @Stinger2578 are you aware thatt this was actually released to the public ?

  • @whiskers08spot09 thats because it was java based and this was basically a java app set up as a video
