Most definitely, and I can tell very blatantly that the reporter has a bias. The words he uses, and his intonation expresses that he has an innate distaste for the protest. If only he could see that the situation was not derived from the fact that President Obama is black, or that he is a democrat.
It is derived from him disobeying the US Constitution, and his ideals are not falling in line with the general public.
We share the same name and bear the same roots: mankind.

Judge Napolatino believes Obama healthcare violates the U.S. Constitution.
12 states have filed a case with the Supreme Court. We cannot treat states, persons or groups differently! What is particularily egrarious is that union members are exempt from taxes that non-union persons must pay.
