This video is incorrect. You don't need a specific ratio of carbs/protein. It's just like building a house. As long as you have enough wood and cement, you're going to build the house. If you have extra, it goes to fat. Then you can just diet or exercise to reduce that fat. It's so simple. You don't need to buy any reading material.
