I have been threatened with legal action by someone who is unhappy with their appearance in this video. This was not intended to "humiliate" anyone and it certainly was not a "malicious" act. Please leave a comment and share this and hopefully the person accusing me of such things will realise that this was intended to make people laugh and not the opposite.

great vid .....its obvious the way you were dancing that you were shooting something (unlike the Richard Ashcroft drugs dont work type vid) anyone who didnt want to be in should have just moved out they way ?? or if they hadnt been annonimous in complaining surely you could have blurred or edited out ? but hey they idiot has gave you great publicity

If they're face is visible you technically do have to blur their face if you have recieved a complaint. this is why on the news you get background people then like 1 or two blurred. Although why you would want to walk in front of someones camera if you didnt want to be filmed is beyond me.

1st things 1st. Tosh...... superb mate. If we all had the balls to laugh at ourselves and keep a straight face at the same time, then this country might be a better place!

2nd. Dear mystery claimant......... good luck finding a solicitor or lawyer or whatever that will take your case serisouly. the only way you would get any kind of result is if you had, "fallen" or "accidentally" stumbled over Mr. O'Hara's foot and phoned "claims for you". Again. good luck. "sir"
