Thrillshow Productions has a great rule that after each heat, the drivers that go through to the final heat don't get to fix or even touch their cars until all heats are complete. This is a great rule that all other shows should adapt, because it gives everyone an equal amount of time to fix their cars.
It's a "Show Within A Show" when the drivers have all their tools, spare tires, etc, laid out and they must be standing on the back of their truck bed. When the buzzer goes off, they have exactly 20 minutes to get that car ready for the final. After 20 minutes are up, they're allowed to top up on all the fluids they need. Very entertaining.
This was filmed after 3 very long heats at the Norfolk County Fair, and it wouldn't seem fair to have heat one drivers having over an hour to fix up their cars, while heat three drivers get a very limited time before the final.
cool idea alot of bigger shows run a two day show where time isnt an issue
