No disrespect to the folks who get up on here with their guitars and try to imitate ES, but this should be exhibit A of how you are supposed to cover him. don't try to be something you're not, just be yourself and see what you can do with the song.
that is exactly what you have done here.
seeing this video i thought of a great idea elliott could have done; had he lived and ever ran into writer's block. just re-do all his old songs on the piano and put it out as a record. woulda been fun...

Thanks Eric, I guess it wasn't good enough at the time. Not easy either. ES songs have really fast chord changes and modulations. That's why they're great to learn :)
