When someone shells out money for an online item the customer is taking a risk. In a sense the customer is gambling. Because the customer is buying the item virtually sight unseen. Especially comfort centric furniture!! No matter how good a quality the pictures & videos are the product you receive might not be what you expected. That is why online merchants need to treat customers like royalty cause we're putting food on their table. When sellers treat you bad shop elsewhere.

Liberator's customer service team in Atlanta, Georgia gave my ex a very, very hard time. Money earned is like a reward. Ever since then I would never consider doing business with them ever again. I 'reward' money in the form of payment to good businesses that treat people respectfully. Just a word to the wise....

I've heard some bad things about them too. Who needs the hassle when you can make your own bedroom adventure gear from things lying around the house or things you find at a flea market. I refrain from giving my money out to businesses that treat people like garbage. (That's one reason why I 'cut the cable' and now get all my TV content including FOX, MSNBC, the NFL network, CNN free from the Internet). You should be a consumer advocate like Clark Howard !!!
