How can someone think Bucovina is part of Ukraine? Is there any land in Europe that belongs to Ukraine? Ukraine exists only by the grace and mercy of Russia. And if russians want it Ukraine ceases to exists. So...
Bucovina was seized by Austria from Moldavia in 1775. In 1918 Bucovina united with Romania. Soviet Union split Bukowina in two after WW2. Where is Ukraine here? I tel you where it is: it is part of the soviet plans. That's all. The same with the southern part of Moldova (Bugeac).

@shadowq2 No they didn;t stole it, during the World War Two, Stalin was trying to stole Bucovina form Romania as compensation for Basarabia being under Romanian administration for 20 years. Hitler then intervened and he said to Stalin that he doesn't have any rights for all Bucovina, so he took only the northern region of Bucovina. Sorry for my grammar and other mistakes, i'm still practising english xD
