Mantis Deposition: NanoGen Trio

This video shows the NanoGen Trio system which has three independent splutter sources which can be active individually, or in any combination. When more than one splutter source is active the vapours combine to produce nanoparticles with an alloy composition. The NanoGen Trio system enables layers of nanoparticle with differing composition to be built up on the surface of the substrate.
