These rafters capsized their raft at the dangerous "Nantahala River Falls" class 3 section of the river. The alert and courageous actions of the river rescue team saved the rafters from grave injury or drowning. Notice the rescue line that was deployed and the actions of the rescue worker in the yellow kayak. Great Job!!!!!
near drowning??? I don't even know why the rescue team threw a throw bag? Just more stuff in the water to get tangled up in.

That's just ridiculous, nowhere near drowning. Tons of people flip over and swim the falls every day its a pretty safe rapid besides the hole at the top.
