Bobby Valentino in a TV ad for "Fresh'n'Low" milk

Bobby in a TV advert for semi-skimmed milk that was shown for months and months in Scotland and Northern England - it trebled the sales of the product. That's the fabulous Sarah Stockbridge draping herself over the piano. This was the first TV ad to be filmed digitally - the quality shows.

I had a chat with Bobby in the bar at the art centre in Norwich last year, Los Pistoleros then played me a song whic hI first heard in our village hall some years ago, brilliant.

Oh it was I'll Guarandamnantee, I think thats the title anyway.

There's nowt amazing about it, just luck. About 6 years ago an ex-girl friend, who worked in the music biz, bought home a video show-reel of Bobby and she left it when she left. All I've done is transfer and upload some of the songs on it.

The amazing thing is the show-reel, it has a title sequence just like a 1940's movie.

I rented a house off Sarah Stockbridge in about 1993 in Brixton... the only period of my life I've been happy to be on time with the rent... everytime.... she was a lovely woman.

@TFORMusic I guess you must be an American and, like most of your fellow countrymen, you are unaware that the rest of the world exists. The Midget means nothing outside the USA his records aren't played on the radio and don't sell. The real Bobby Valentino has written No.1 singles in the UK and Europe and his violin playing is heard all the time.

@RNofficer you mean the 'Midget' who has had all 4 albums reach the top 10 in the billboard charts? yeah im sure it must be because of the name he used..fool...he may have the trademark but the popularity and the person who 9/10 people would think of if you mentioned valentino is with the 'Midget'

Bobby is playing the piano and singing. You must be thinking of the Midget who stole the name and has now been forced, by threats of legal action, to call himself Bobby V (or is it Bobby Vee?)

Not only is Bobby a brilliant violinist he also has a very pleasing voice. Not surprised this advertisement caused sales to triple!
