@XxScarTheWolfXx, Your story is quite intriguing. However, you have explained it very vaguely. I am skeptical. If you are telling the truth, however, then you probably won't stop being stalked. I cannot give you any guidance, except recommend that you contact a licensed cryptozoologist. That is the only kind of person I can think of that would be able to help you with your predicament.

Could it be possible - a one in a billion chance - that the human mind could create something so terrifying and ominous in nature that it develops a consciousness within our own consciousness? Could it be so that this entity evolved to feed off of our primal fear for it, to the point of craving it?
