dont hate on half speed work. i work at quarter speed and i take breaks to watch your videos...so thanks for slowing me down even more. swinging a hammer slow is funny because speed*mass^2= energy...wait a minute what if they got hammers twice the size as normal, couldn't they swing half as slow and still get work done. thats where our tax money is going to...big hammers so stfu.
We are all doing the best we can to learn more and improve our country.
My thought is that we pick one or two topics to focus on, research them, discuss them, and where we find common objectives we act collectively.
I've been focusing my attention on bailouts; reading as much as I can and joining in public forum discussions. At the same time I guess I am shopping around for groups that share my objectives that I might join.
If youre interested, Fnozman, lets move forward together.
Educate ourselves more thoroughly, share our views with one another, and where we have common interests that our government is not serving we need to stand united.
Arg, the frustration that led me to post videos on You Tube is that I feel the information we get as taxpayers is terrible. I have not seen information from politicians or media on how much we should be spending on infrastructure or how much we currently are spending. I suspect we have been under-funding infrastructure but before we throw out huge numbers in the $100s of billions I think there should be a little more information to support those decisions.
Regarding infrastructure spending, it is my position that in a democracy taxpayers should be free to choose how much state and local taxes should be and what it should be spent on.
How do you feel about spending the money on our infrastructure though?
It seems that they are just starting to talk about investing this in green energy sources (which is great). But I think rebuilding bridges and especially water pipelines (which nobody ever pays attention to) are in vital needs of money. How much of your last rebate check did you donate to bridge repair?
