Chavez has repeatedly called for aggression against the United States and attempts to rally neighbors to his cause. Those who don't wish to go along with this maniacal crusade for war find themselves being victimized by Chavez financed terrorism, such as in Colombia.

We already have too many military installations across the globe as is. How will we afford, both monetarily, and politically, bases in S. America? We're asking for trouble here. Why does the IDF insist upon controlling American military policy? We're being used as a false front for the endeavors of a foreign nation, as usual.
