  • @SiLHUZz His knees going out are a product of his anatomy. He has long limbs and because he has the bar so high it causes his knees to shift forward so that the center of gravity of the bar and human body is center. He'll be allright as he's been squatting like this for years and is in total control.

    its the olympic squat and it is by far better than the low bar squat, research , this might change your whole workout
