a sexual thing now is different, but it's still strange none the less, but I've grown to accept it. Mind you I still have other fears like Heights and Spiders, but they won't become what it has of the balloons, just thought I'd put my 2 cents in. feel free to ask me anything you find intresting. It's strange to be either afraid or sexually attracted to them, but you grow to accept 1 way or another. I certainly share the fear I once had with you and I'm not ashame of it

@AkinaSpeedstarsRule Thanks for your comment. I've heard about it turning into a sexual thing before - how did you find out that it had turned into that? I can't imagine a situation where I'd find out about having a fetish if you can call it such for what was once my phobia. Hope you don't mind my asking, I'm genuinely interested.

I have a fear of rollercoasters. Not heights. Not falling. Not fast moving objects, just roller coasters. Don't ask me why because I honestly couldn't tell you if I wanted to, but just whenever I'm in one, I just want to die! honestly, no exadration! Is this just me? idk, but ya ;) When you said coming out I automatically thought of the Claire Gretchin situation, lol!

Rollercoasters are terrifying! I don't like them either, I just avoid theme parks in general! I'm such a wuss!

ahahaha im sorry its quite a cute phobia but the story is so funny, such an innocent seeming team exercise and it must of been scaring the crap outa you.

As for my phobia its a random thought that came to me bout walking through a forest then an eye appears on the tree and watches me, then eyes start apearing on all the trees and i stand on one and its like liquid with my leg now emersed in it and it still blinks at me and just picturing those eyes makes me shudder without fail.

OMG I just shivered at that. That's such a creepy though, I'm gonna be out walking the dogs tomorrow and start freaking out or something haha!

But yes, it really was horrible but I was determined to do it since I had just started the job and I didn't want their first impression of me being "she's a complete nut-job" lol

@IconifiedEpic I don't mind actually it was kind of weird how it changed. when I just started my teens I was like 12 lets just say it was my first "sexual" experience, but never really thought of it until I hit like 16 and accidentally pushed a Balloon to it's max and popped in my face and realised that it made me aroused and after that I started to explore my sexuality a little bit more. It's quite fun. It's takes courage to confront it and I Accidentally did it, but in ways I'm glad I did

Hey I know this is really late from this was uploaded but I use to have a Phobia of Balloons when I was younger. I have sense then got over it and the main stae of the phobia was from the pop not any other aspect. A few years ago I pretty much P'op' the fear basically what I did was by accident I blew up a balloon and to an almost popped state, but it actually popped in my face. Since then I've taken a new look on balloons as it evovlved into something sexual so me telling you that balloons is

My phobia is actually kinda weird... im actually scared of emergency services. Like you know how if youre watching tv and theres an amber alert or tornado watch or whatever? if i hear the sound of that, ill literally drop everything and run. NO LIE. like ten minutes ago, my dad and i were trying to watch heroes on nextflix, and my mom was in her room, but the television was REALLY loud, and i heard the beep thing, and i took a blanket, and hid. that was five minutes ago, and im thirteen (:

well my phobia is i just think ninjas or someone is always trying to kill me. but my friend has a really strange phobia that she will like start crying if she touches a wet straw wrapper

btw - for next time the best excuse for not blowing or being near balloons is "latex allergy" - !
