On the 2nd day of the European Steel Guitar Convention in Chanos, France Rod King , UK's well known Hawaiian Steeler, his wife Rosemary (bass) , Digby Hardy (uke), ,Rene Ranti (rhythme guitar) are jamming with the vocalist Wanda de Fretes from Los Angeles and Nora Ranti from Rijswijk, the Netherlands. Wanda de Fretes came to the Festival to receive the European Steel Guitar Hall of Fame Award 2010 for posthumus George de Fretes., the well known grandmaster of the Hawaiian Steel Guitar. Since her fathers passaway Wanda have never sung anymore.On most of George de Fretes records you hear Wanda 's voice and her mothers Joyce Aubrey voice. So this is the first time that the world can hear Wanda's voice again.
